A shared seasonal outdoor swimming pool and sun deck have been established next to the buildings.

Security:
The buildings are enclosed by fences and equipped with a CCTV security system.

Lift:
Lifts have been installed to provide access to upstairs areas.

Garden:
The buildings are situated in landscaped grounds with canopy trees and ornamental shrubs.

Parking:
All apartments feature indoor or outdoor parking spaces available for purchase. The indoor car parks and underground parking garages are accessible via remote control.

Storage spaces:
The basement of the building is devoted to storage units, which can be purchased separately.
